Yes, yes I do
Quote by PhoenixYou think that you can
make everything by your own ??? When you go to school, university, or to your
work do you think that you reached that place because you were carefull or you
drove your car carefully or whatever ... No it is not like that it is because
Allah wanted that to happen, everything goes in the way he wishes, and that is
for humans good if they just can see that.
So all our
research on security overall is just a scam? All the things that happens would
happen anyway? I don't really like the idea of my destiny being prewritten
somewhere and is just playing it's play with me, I want to be able to do
whatever I want to do...

to say that you can depend on your own and
your friends without needing Allah's help ??? It is so big that you may
be excluded from his mercy (in our religion) and can you live with
that???
If I were to be excluded from his mercy because I
don't believe in him wouldn't I be dead if I can't live without his
protection?
Quote by PhoenixYou believe in death and
the life after this one (I think you do ... not sure) so you know that even if
you was succeed to make the most wonderfull Heaven on this earth there will be a

go to heaven or hell ... and this time it is permanent, so, do you really think
that it is fine to go to hell and live there to the no end ... for ever ???
Who can ???
That's it, I'm not sure myself since all the
religions have different variants, I'd like to believe, but I won't live like
there is one...
And when it comes to living for an eternity in hell, well if my heaven costs me
that, so be it, then "God" is neither benevolent nor omnipotent...

Like what ??? (If I am allowd to
ask)
Why all the evil in the world? (sorry, i'd rather live
with questions than with answers such as "It's what God wants." or
"It's what is written in your destiny.") And why are there evil people
if God has predetermined everyones/anythings life already?
...I have more, but I think you get my point
Quote by PhoenixPeople them selves choose

That doesn't concur with what you said that Allah predetermines everything... or
not really, why would he create bad people if he controls everything?
To LaHarRl:
An other reason to why I don't want to acknowledge any religion because all of
them are very different and no I don't want to say that any one of them are more
correct than the other because no one knows that... So I could as well create my
own belief, it's as close to the truth as anything else since no one knows the
truth...
I myself thinks that my reasoning is logical and makes more sense than any
religion because it wants me to simply live without restricting me, and it tells
me to give it my all because I don't have an other shot at it...
I won't get technical on why we exist and such, I'm grateful for it, I don't
necessarely need an answer for it...
Well said, took *some* time to read, but it was very interesting nevertheless, i
agree, that submitting "bad" submissions knowingly just to increase
ones levels is really poor, I made a wall that took me about 30-40 hours to
make and i actually got some great comments (not just one-line complements) but
that was after *some* persuasion
It would probably had gone totally unnoticed under the tons of "junk"
submissions if i weren't persistant on marketting it by going pretty cheap in
both the IRC channel and the shoutbox... Either it wasn't that great since I've
seen plenty of submissions get tons of notice or it's just because I'm not
"famous" enough, I'd guess the first though since it was few of the
members on my friends-list that actually even noticed it
Anyway, I liked the idea of a mod-selected/granted group that gets their
submissions highlighted on an other section; perhaps just having a
"un-approved" and an "approved" section, hence the artists
that has one "approved" submissions automatically has all their work
highlighted in this section and all the "un-approved" art is tagged
for a checkup by a mod...
Of course it's pretty crude to call it approved and unapproved, but the names
are changable, the idea is a good one...
Otherwise we have an other, why not let the members rate it? just have an
approved button with yes or no, and if atleast two/three members have approved
the piece it gets in a highlighted section as "approved"... That is if
no one has un-approved it...
The ideas are just what i came up with atm and they can surely be polished to
fit their purpose and are just what I think since it would not block out the new
artists and help the artists that wants to get some acknowledgement for their
art....
Quote by Gojira2KThose of you who dont
believe in god and such and also says they aren't Atheists are known as de facto
Satanist. Satanism, mind you, is not areligion. Its an anti religion. I agree
that to believe in a god is a form of great weakness. On the other hand, imagine
how easy school would be:
Teacher: What's 6 x 9?
Student: Whatever God wishes it to be.
Teacher: When did WWII start?
Student: When God intended it to.
Back on topic, I dont believe in an after life or any of that. You die
and become nothing more than food for worms, among other
things.
Believing in God is no weakness, I myself just can't
see the reality in it...
Religions have done much good for society, I don't mind that they are with us, I
myself just think that I'm independent enough to not have one but to create an
own opinion on how this world works...
And I want to believe in heaven & hell/afterlife and all that because it's a
really sweet thought, but I won't live like they do exist, i'll take it as a
bonus when i die if they do...
But I wouldn't call myself satanist either, since I am not "anti"
religious, I just don't believe them...
Since others are posting questions about what others think I'll answer some and
do the same, I promise not to make a mess...
Quote by PhoenixI can't understand how
people can say that they don't believe in Allah and in the life beyond this life
we live in.
All of those who said so ... when you people go through troubles and
difficulties and even more than that, from the bottom of your hearts, don't you
say Allah (God) help us please. Don't you !!!
And you keep saying that ... doesn't that reach you to believe in Allah in his
existence !!!
Doesn't that make you believe that Allah is capable of everything
???
I'm sorry, but I can honestly say that I don't ask for God's help when I'm going
through difficult times, I've lived for so long on my own and I should be able
to take care of my problems without blaming them on some higher power, I've
putted myself in that position, I must be able to go from there without
"God" even if he does exist, I won't ask him for help... I'd rather
have my friends help me...
And the reason why I don't believe in a life (i think it sounds wonderful) after
this is because I think the idea sounds rather morbid; why prepare for something
that if you take a wrong step might lead to eternal tormation of your soul? I'd
much rather create my heaven here on earth, live in it and if I go to hell,
someone isn't agreeing with me, tough luck...
Quote by PhoenixAlso one of you here said
that everything on this earth is controlled by I don't know what ... Chance And
Choise and whatever forces !!!
No there is nothing like that ... at least in our religion ... in what I
believe.
You say that a man chooses what he does ... then it is his choise ... ya that is
right, But all of what not only people but also every single thing in this whole
world happen in written in (Al-Lawh Al-Mahfod) I won't explain that word to you
people 'cause I know how most of you here will react and say then.
This leed Us (Muslim people at least) to believe that there is nothing called
chance, it is not that you have that good luck so that everything goes well with
you, all of what you do you say how you act how you react every single thing you
do even your breath in already written and known before.
It is something really hard to explain ... Most of you here won't understand
what I am trying to say.
"Mainly we Do believe in Allah"
Just because we aren't muslims doesn't mean that we wouldn't understand, we
won't kill anyone because of their beliefs... promise
And I don't know what I believe really, I just don't really believe that there
is a god, just because it leaves more questions than answers, atleast to me...
questions that's harder to live with...
But then again, I like living with questions... and as far as my meaning of
existance here on earth, I don't know, but I've been given this time on earth,
and I'm sure that I won't waste it on prepping for a next that's not here, I
like it here, with endless posibilities and with your imagination as your
limit...
Quote by PhoenixNow about the life after
your death ...
Yes that is something we Muslims are sure of it's existence, there is another
life after this one we life in.
Or why do we life then for ???
i said this before ... Heaven And Hell ...
Heaven ... All who believe in it wish to recieve it to Enter it ... Sure not all
people will, that leed use to think of what make some go to heaven and some to
Hell ???
... without writing the reasons all of you know them, even if you don't believe
in it ...
Heaven ... Want it ... You have to work hard to get it " That is all I can
say, Atleast at the mean time "
Quote by cyberstorm
Anyway, i'll finish my ranting with one of my favourite quotes about
religion; "If God didn't exist, man would have to
invent him..."
I don't think so ... how could you believe in Allah (God) and say so ???
If Allah didn't exist man won't exist as well.
Many thing to say here but take this for now.
"As I said this is based on my religion on what I believe in, that's
all"
There you have some questions, is there any diffence between man and man? What
would possibly make anyone to want to go to hell? Is there "good" and
"bad" people, and what makes them that? Why did you become a good
person? (no, i'm not ironic, it's a sencere question)
And also, regarding that quote, read further down what Vagrant123 said...
Quote: If not, then why bad persons always escape????Why
there's so
much injustice???
I get kinda annoyed whenever somebody says
something like this. People are what cause the injustice. People are the reason
why we suffer. If everyone didn't have some form of evil in them, then perhaps
things would be a lot better.
Perhaps everyone has some form of evil in them, but I'd rather say that everyone
has some form of good in them, and yes, people are why people suffer, but people
are why people are happy as well... Why explain good things with some higher
being/entity instead of giving the credit to those that usually are behind it? I
know that the wonders of nature is gods doing as well, but why not leave it at
that, that it's natures wonders? why can't nature be something of it's own?
Quote by Vagrant123The interesting
thing I think of in atheism, is that it gives you no hope. You have no meaning
of life, just to pass on your genes like we were intended to do thanks to
evolution.
Why can't you have a meaning in life just because
you don't believe in God? My meaning is to live and to be happy, enjoy my time
here on earth...
Quote: Anyway, i'll finish my ranting with one of my
favourite quotes
about religion;
"If God didn't exist, man would have invented
him..."
Classic Voltaire quote. Let me correct you slightly, "If God never existed,
man would have to invent him." Btw, Voltaire was a very religious
Christian.
Well, the saying is so double edged that I don't
know what to reply to that except that I don't bother caring about what religion
one belongs to; I just care about what kind of person one is...
o you've never lived then? Hello, this world exists. You exist. The chances of
life are so amazingly miniscule, it's unbelievable.
Also, scientists say that there is a finite amount of energy in the universe,
and that it can't be created. So then where in the world (universe) did all
these materialst come from?
There's also something interesting that occurs when you try to calculate
something infintesimally small with an infintesimal mass. That goes against just
about all laws of physics, and is nearly impossible to explain.
Everyone say Yay for stirring up controversy!
Well, life has played on this planet for almost 2 billion years and countless
(no, not just billions or trillions, we're talking almost infinite numbers) of
lifes has passed this earth, of course i'm curious on where the counscience
comes from and such, but I won't jump on the "convienient" train with
believing in god, but our time has to be sometime, what would happen otherwise?
I don't know...
I don't know what i believe, but a higher being/entity (god/allah/whatever)
watching over us, moving us around like pieces on a chess board seems very
absurd and far fetched to me.
Of course there might be a god, but the idea doesn't really compute with me... I
can't claim that you can "believe" in science either though, since
they are stating facts, the religions are just explaining things we do not
*know* the answers to yet... I've ranted about how heaven and hell is a
fabrication to make citizens obedient and I don't feel like doing it again since
it isn't my belief it's rather an offensive against the church...
Anyway, I'm not bland, I want to believe in a life after this, what if i missed
doing anything in this life? wouldn't it be great to have an other if that's the
case? I also want to believe that there is a place like heaven; but i'm sure
that you can create a heaven for yourself here on earth, you don't have to wait
until you die...
It's just that I can't believe in it, since what if it's wrong? what if they
don't exist? then i've wasted an entire life prepping for an other one that
never came...
I don't dislike the religions in any way... I think it's rather interesting to
study them; to see what kind of explainations people had for the sunrise and
tons of other things that we can explain today...
I'd like to believe that anything I want to accomplish is possible... By setting
goals so high that it's very unlikely to achieve; you do atleast possess a
chance to achieve it even if the chance is one in a billion stranger stuff have
happened... but if you don't set high goals you'll never get farther than you
"trew the rock"...
And all these "miracles", they are made by humans and their
willpower...
Now I know what I believe in... willpower...
Anyway, i'll finish my ranting with one of my favourite quotes about
religion; "If God didn't exist, man would have
invented him..."
been dealing with comps the past 10 years so i've lost count on how many comps
i've built, my father was running a computer firm so i've helped out quite a bit
there...
And i'm also the comp wiz in my sphear of friends... more or less so i've
maintained countless comps as well
Quote by IkaiounWhile I concur with a lot
you've said [namely all the parts about how people should not live being
controlled under a book] there's a bit I must touch on, why? Because you seem
like an intelligent person so a small debate doesn't seem as if it would really
hurt much of anything.
How exactly are the messages "correct"? In context the word seems to
refer to being the right thing to do. While many of them are mass believed, I
don't really think there are such ideas as 'right and wrong' they're all in one
person's perspective [and often that perspective is taken off another person or
object]. Even 'love' could be categorized as evil if in the right perspective to
think the such.
I also believe the reason many people would rather limit themselves on earth and
not risk going to hell is due to their fright of the place. I have seen from
experience that telling them to live out their lives doesn’t work in
many cases as long as eternal torture is a possibility. I would like to touch
more on this subject but anything else would be a bit too religious. I'm not
telling you to stop trying to change people's views but whenever religion comes
in people are often subborn about it reguardless of what logic or reasoning may
say.
Well, i might have been blunt or even out of line saying that it is correct; of
course it's only poor ol' me's opinion but i think that most people would concur
about that it's the right thing, i agree that right and wrong depends soly on
peoples perspective... I'm usually very careful to say that something is correct
because of just that; right and wrong depends on how a person views the
world...
And the reason why I'm rampaging about how heaven and hell/afterlife etc are
just a frabrication is because i hate seeing people regretting all the things
they didn't do because you have an other life coming up, what if you already
have lived 5 times but can't remember it? why wait for an other life coming up,
be it in heaven or on earth, why not live today instead of living for
tomorrow?
And of course i'm stating facts, I'm not making anything up, it is only
conclusions of what i've read/understood by studying cristianitys history as
well as studying pagian beliefs, but it's a general fact that in all the modern
religions we have guidelines on how to behave to get to a better place... I
think you should create that better place on earth instead since you sure as
*somewhere deep* can if you really want...
My own belief is that we can't explain everything, but i don't believe anything
that has to do with a higher entity deciding what we do nor do i believe in fate
since i want to rule over my own life...
I do believe in that with cheer will you can accomplish anything; if you fail
you aren't motivated enough... Think about the placebo effect, people that are
nothing becomes superstars (it isn't luck), people surviving extraordenary
lengths of time in extreme conditions etc etc...
Quote by Phoenix'Cause you asked for a
short answer ...
yes I do believe in Heaven and Hell, 'cause it is the reason of our Existence on
earth,
So that GOOD people who fallow God "Allah" go to heaven and those who
didn't ... go to Hell.
This would leed to a long talk but you don't want that.
We don't mind long reasonings; it's actually more fun with long reasonings, so
please tell us
Anyway, you mean that there is evil people and good people? But where does these
evil people come from then? Or are they given that role by "allah" as
you got your role as a good person? (no, it's not sarcastic, it's a humble
question)
isn't this heaven/hell thing quiet strange since everyone is the same when they
are born; it all depends on what they want and what they learn...
Everything is possible with the will to do it, have that in mind when you do
anything; and keep it in mind even when you don't manage to do it; it's just a
hint that you're not motivated enough...
Quote by LordOzzyHey, no problem. I'm OK
with explaining my beliefs. I kinda like it myself, because I get to write it
down, having to think about how it really works.
It's a scientific fact that you cannot create smoething out of nothing. There is
always something before. The only exception from this is the Big Bang, which
takes, according to most scientific communities, not even place in this
universe, just ended here. So, if the whole universe is basically a contained
enviroment( Which means, nothing can get in or out, no new energy, or new
matter, is introduced) then everything has to be recycled. According to my
theory, Conscienceness, or Soul, is as much a part of the Universe as everything
else, just not on the same level that we can see. So, this means, that
Consciencesness is as limited, becuase no new elements can be introduced in our
Universe. So, then consciencesness must be recycled as well.
That sound logical to you? I hoe so.
And yes, I agree about that other worlds would upset the balance...but I think
that a "soul", a fragment of the Great Soul, rather resides someplace
were it is comfortable, then were it doesn't feel at home. Earth is a great
subcommunity of souls, which could be reverred to as Gaia, the worldsoul. and
all those souls rather spend time around Earth then on a different
planet.
Ah, it's a very interesting reasoning and it does
indeed sound logical.
But, the big bang didn't happen from nothing since when science starts making
exceptions the "real" answer then it isn't science any
more...
But I can't say that i see the implications since nothing i feel changed during
the last 5 minutes (no i'm
not stupid but it was funny to say )... tell me more about what it implies since it's an interesting belief
i'm stunned by how little my preaching has affected people
I guess that i have to sound more convincing
Quote by tenderI think Heaven and Hell do
exist. If we do a bad thing or hurt another human being, when we die we sink to
the dark place call Hell. Heaven is where the good people go by doing good deeds
with love and compassion. But they only stay there for a while, after that they
go back to earth or another planet. And I hope everyone can go to heaven.
Well that's all good and stuff; but don't live to prepare for your next life,
what's wrong with creating your heaven on earth, it's most surely doable...?
Quote by LordOzzy
It can't. Why do you think all these animal-spicies die out? If more humans come
on earth, less other beings will be here. And this is without looking at other
worlds, and aliens and such. I hope this is clear enough?
Interesting theory...
but it has one flaw; the animal population is also increasing with some rare
exceptions of the endangered species and those who cannot survive on their
own... You can also put the decrease of the population on worlds we cannot
affect and do not know of, it really "unflaws" the reasoning... But
why would the energy be limited to the ammount we currently have? why does the
soul have to be a force in the bigger universe?
I'm sorry if i'm questioning your beliefs but i'm really interested and it's not
meant to be insulting in any way
the first fansubbed anime i watched was Tokyo Underground... and how i found
out about fansubs... hmm... It was a friend that showed me anime-xtreme and then
i started dling batchtorrents where it often was the same group release for all
the eps; then i found anidb where they had links to all the fansubbers sites,
since then i've been trying to get batch torrents with the same fansubbers and
often by particular groups...
I think it's a typo: "IS N-force 3 fChipset or the athlon 64 already
out...???" should be "IS N-force 3 fChipset for the athlon 64 already
out...???"
And the answer to that is that the new one (dual channel (?) and what else) is
not out, but if you are interested in the old one (150/250) gigabyte have done a
couple of mobos with those chipsets on for AMD A64
urg, i hate psychologists, money-sucking- good-for-nothing people that usually
are very... erm... special themselves...? (read: our neighbour is a phychologist
and he's been lying in court (they broadcasted a program on national television
about him doing so and that it putted an innocent man in prison), builded his
garage past the line of his property onto ours and successfully manipulated the
goverment officials so that it became legal even though it was highly illegal
since he needed our consent to be able to build that even close to our line of
property ) and I'll probably be labelled as rebellious because of my thoughts about
religion and get my license revoked before i get started
I'm a strong believer in individualism and i think that we can accomplish so
much more with cheer will than we can with skill...
And I seriously don't know what i should do with my life; i've been trying most
things and is currently studying at the broadest (and hardest) high school (or
equal) education available in sweden to still have all the options in about two
years

It would probably had gone totally unnoticed under the tons of "junk" submissions if i weren't persistant on marketting it by going pretty cheap in both the IRC channel and the shoutbox... Either it wasn't that great since I've seen plenty of submissions get tons of notice or it's just because I'm not "famous" enough, I'd guess the first though since it was few of the members on my friends-list that actually even noticed it
Anyway, I liked the idea of a mod-selected/granted group that gets their submissions highlighted on an other section; perhaps just having a "un-approved" and an "approved" section, hence the artists that has one "approved" submissions automatically has all their work highlighted in this section and all the "un-approved" art is tagged for a checkup by a mod...
Of course it's pretty crude to call it approved and unapproved, but the names are changable, the idea is a good one...
Otherwise we have an other, why not let the members rate it? just have an approved button with yes or no, and if atleast two/three members have approved the piece it gets in a highlighted section as "approved"... That is if no one has un-approved it...
The ideas are just what i came up with atm and they can surely be polished to fit their purpose and are just what I think since it would not block out the new artists and help the artists that wants to get some acknowledgement for their art....
Well, it's my two cents in this thread
Take over the world... that has morphed to just become "change the world" now...
Believing in God is no weakness, I myself just can't see the reality in it...
Religions have done much good for society, I don't mind that they are with us, I myself just think that I'm independent enough to not have one but to create an own opinion on how this world works...
And I want to believe in heaven & hell/afterlife and all that because it's a really sweet thought, but I won't live like they do exist, i'll take it as a bonus when i die if they do...
But I wouldn't call myself satanist either, since I am not "anti" religious, I just don't believe them...
Since others are posting questions about what others think I'll answer some and do the same, I promise not to make a mess...
I'm sorry, but I can honestly say that I don't ask for God's help when I'm going through difficult times, I've lived for so long on my own and I should be able to take care of my problems without blaming them on some higher power, I've putted myself in that position, I must be able to go from there without "God" even if he does exist, I won't ask him for help... I'd rather have my friends help me...
And the reason why I don't believe in a life (i think it sounds wonderful) after this is because I think the idea sounds rather morbid; why prepare for something that if you take a wrong step might lead to eternal tormation of your soul? I'd much rather create my heaven here on earth, live in it and if I go to hell, someone isn't agreeing with me, tough luck...
Just because we aren't muslims doesn't mean that we wouldn't understand, we won't kill anyone because of their beliefs... promise
And I don't know what I believe really, I just don't really believe that there is a god, just because it leaves more questions than answers, atleast to me... questions that's harder to live with...
But then again, I like living with questions... and as far as my meaning of existance here on earth, I don't know, but I've been given this time on earth, and I'm sure that I won't waste it on prepping for a next that's not here, I like it here, with endless posibilities and with your imagination as your limit...
There you have some questions, is there any diffence between man and man? What would possibly make anyone to want to go to hell? Is there "good" and "bad" people, and what makes them that? Why did you become a good person? (no, i'm not ironic, it's a sencere question)
And also, regarding that quote, read further down what Vagrant123 said...
Perhaps everyone has some form of evil in them, but I'd rather say that everyone has some form of good in them, and yes, people are why people suffer, but people are why people are happy as well... Why explain good things with some higher being/entity instead of giving the credit to those that usually are behind it? I know that the wonders of nature is gods doing as well, but why not leave it at that, that it's natures wonders? why can't nature be something of it's own?
Why can't you have a meaning in life just because you don't believe in God? My meaning is to live and to be happy, enjoy my time here on earth...
Well, the saying is so double edged that I don't know what to reply to that except that I don't bother caring about what religion one belongs to; I just care about what kind of person one is...
Well, life has played on this planet for almost 2 billion years and countless (no, not just billions or trillions, we're talking almost infinite numbers) of lifes has passed this earth, of course i'm curious on where the counscience comes from and such, but I won't jump on the "convienient" train with believing in god, but our time has to be sometime, what would happen otherwise? I don't know...
Bit Torrent and dc++... file sharing devinity
I don't know what i believe, but a higher being/entity (god/allah/whatever) watching over us, moving us around like pieces on a chess board seems very absurd and far fetched to me.
Of course there might be a god, but the idea doesn't really compute with me... I can't claim that you can "believe" in science either though, since they are stating facts, the religions are just explaining things we do not *know* the answers to yet... I've ranted about how heaven and hell is a fabrication to make citizens obedient and I don't feel like doing it again since it isn't my belief it's rather an offensive against the church...
Anyway, I'm not bland, I want to believe in a life after this, what if i missed doing anything in this life? wouldn't it be great to have an other if that's the case? I also want to believe that there is a place like heaven; but i'm sure that you can create a heaven for yourself here on earth, you don't have to wait until you die...
It's just that I can't believe in it, since what if it's wrong? what if they don't exist? then i've wasted an entire life prepping for an other one that never came...
I don't dislike the religions in any way... I think it's rather interesting to study them; to see what kind of explainations people had for the sunrise and tons of other things that we can explain today...
I'd like to believe that anything I want to accomplish is possible... By setting goals so high that it's very unlikely to achieve; you do atleast possess a chance to achieve it even if the chance is one in a billion stranger stuff have happened... but if you don't set high goals you'll never get farther than you "trew the rock"...
And all these "miracles", they are made by humans and their willpower...
Now I know what I believe in... willpower...
Anyway, i'll finish my ranting with one of my favourite quotes about religion;
"If God didn't exist, man would have invented him..."
Glad to see you here mike, and you'll love MT even more after a while
As in real TV shows? Then Titus is beyond the shadow of doubt the best tv show ever broradcasted
been dealing with comps the past 10 years so i've lost count on how many comps i've built, my father was running a computer firm so i've helped out quite a bit there...
And i'm also the comp wiz in my sphear of friends... more or less so i've maintained countless comps as well
6' 3" 187cm and 140LBS/70kg
Well, i might have been blunt or even out of line saying that it is correct; of course it's only poor ol' me's opinion but i think that most people would concur about that it's the right thing, i agree that right and wrong depends soly on peoples perspective... I'm usually very careful to say that something is correct because of just that; right and wrong depends on how a person views the world...
And the reason why I'm rampaging about how heaven and hell/afterlife etc are just a frabrication is because i hate seeing people regretting all the things they didn't do because you have an other life coming up, what if you already have lived 5 times but can't remember it? why wait for an other life coming up, be it in heaven or on earth, why not live today instead of living for tomorrow?
And of course i'm stating facts, I'm not making anything up, it is only conclusions of what i've read/understood by studying cristianitys history as well as studying pagian beliefs, but it's a general fact that in all the modern religions we have guidelines on how to behave to get to a better place... I think you should create that better place on earth instead since you sure as *somewhere deep* can if you really want...
My own belief is that we can't explain everything, but i don't believe anything that has to do with a higher entity deciding what we do nor do i believe in fate since i want to rule over my own life...
I do believe in that with cheer will you can accomplish anything; if you fail you aren't motivated enough... Think about the placebo effect, people that are nothing becomes superstars (it isn't luck), people surviving extraordenary lengths of time in extreme conditions etc etc...
We don't mind long reasonings; it's actually more fun with long reasonings, so please tell us
Anyway, you mean that there is evil people and good people? But where does these evil people come from then? Or are they given that role by "allah" as you got your role as a good person? (no, it's not sarcastic, it's a humble question)
isn't this heaven/hell thing quiet strange since everyone is the same when they are born; it all depends on what they want and what they learn...
Everything is possible with the will to do it, have that in mind when you do anything; and keep it in mind even when you don't manage to do it; it's just a hint that you're not motivated enough...
Ah, it's a very interesting reasoning and it does indeed sound logical.
But, the big bang didn't happen from nothing since when science starts making exceptions the "real" answer then it isn't science any more...
But I can't say that i see the implications since nothing i feel changed during the last 5 minutes
(no i'm
not stupid but it was funny to say
)... tell me more about what it implies since it's an interesting belief
I don't own one either, but i'm usually using my parents cars and it's uaually a Citroën XM (they drive one in blue seed XO )
Full Moon wo Sagashite - Myself
i'm stunned by how little my preaching has affected people

I guess that i have to sound more convincing
Well that's all good and stuff; but don't live to prepare for your next life, what's wrong with creating your heaven on earth, it's most surely doable...?
Interesting theory...
but it has one flaw; the animal population is also increasing with some rare exceptions of the endangered species and those who cannot survive on their own... You can also put the decrease of the population on worlds we cannot affect and do not know of, it really "unflaws" the reasoning... But why would the energy be limited to the ammount we currently have? why does the soul have to be a force in the bigger universe?
I'm sorry if i'm questioning your beliefs but i'm really interested and it's not meant to be insulting in any way
the first fansubbed anime i watched was Tokyo Underground... and how i found out about fansubs... hmm... It was a friend that showed me anime-xtreme and then i started dling batchtorrents where it often was the same group release for all the eps; then i found anidb where they had links to all the fansubbers sites, since then i've been trying to get batch torrents with the same fansubbers and often by particular groups...
I think it's a typo: "IS N-force 3 fChipset or the athlon 64 already out...???" should be "IS N-force 3 fChipset for the athlon 64 already out...???"
And the answer to that is that the new one (dual channel (?) and what else) is not out, but if you are interested in the old one (150/250) gigabyte have done a couple of mobos with those chipsets on for AMD A64
urg, i hate psychologists, money-sucking- good-for-nothing people that usually are very... erm... special themselves...? (read: our neighbour is a phychologist and he's been lying in court (they broadcasted a program on national television about him doing so and that it putted an innocent man in prison), builded his garage past the line of his property onto ours and successfully manipulated the goverment officials so that it became legal even though it was highly illegal since he needed our consent to be able to build that even close to our line of property
) and I'll probably be labelled as rebellious because of my thoughts about
religion and get my license revoked before i get started
I'm a strong believer in individualism and i think that we can accomplish so much more with cheer will than we can with skill...
And I seriously don't know what i should do with my life; i've been trying most things and is currently studying at the broadest (and hardest) high school (or equal) education available in sweden to still have all the options in about two years
EDIT: Please continue sharing your thoughts about if you believe in heaven/hell after reading the past page ;-)
