Well, i guess that the show was a bit too light then since the things you
couldn't perdict was things that annoyed you, like why the "bad" guy
didn't kill her in the first episode and such... what the series tries to show
is that everyone is human and the bad people aren't neccessarely as bad as the
"good" project them to be, it's also about the struggle to gain
freedom and a fight against fate...
I myself can also for the most part forsee storylines and such, i've stopped
watching hollywood productions a long time ago since the latest movie that left
me asking what'll happen in the end was The Matrix... and it wasn't even
produced in Hollywood
But Scrapped Princess was and still is the only anime that left me stunned by
how well they fitted all the pieces of the complex puzzle they founded in the
beginning while at the same time showing the "bad" guys from a totally
different perspective than usual...
Don't take me as one of them stupid fan boys that's protecting their precious
favourite anime, but i seriously think that you've missed the storyline and
message in the series a bit, or you simply doesn't like the light and comical
tone they gave to a rather dark theme...
Actually i think that i'm going to write a review on it myself
It seems to me that you decided to dispice this series before you started
watching it since you didn't really understand the series, i'm sorry, your
review was good as a review... you didn't reveal much about the show you told
your own opinions and such, and well, the review certainly brought diversity to
the scale of reviews.
Well, i can't change your opinion (i wish you could see this series for what it
truly is though), but it raises a question, how can an anime that's THAT bad get
5/5 by THEManime and get Best Fantasy Anime 2003 by AnimeReactor.net (to name a
few awards it has been given)?
I like different opinions, it brings diversity... but I'd still like to object
since it would be such a waste if this made people think twice before watching
it...
I'm not doubting that there is people that share your opinion though, so do not
fear...

Aw, You can't tell that it's remnants of an ancient civilisation, it ruins the surprise it brings
Anyway, it was a fairly good review, you revealed way to much though...
